Aizawa starts walking towards the exit, obviously expecting Shouto to follow him, but Shouto's feet are frozen in place. His eyes flicker from the distorted reflection of himself in the ice to where All Might is giving him a long look, eyes kinder than anything Todoroki has ever been deserving of, and he feels sick.
“Todoroki-kun,” Midoriya says gently, squeezing his arm in what Shouto presumes is meant to be a reassuring gesture. “It’s going to be okay.”
He doesn’t think Midoriya is in any place to tell him what okay is, all things considered, but he chooses to keep quiet on the matter.

Todoroki isn’t convinced he can but he nods, seeing Yaoyorozu about to crumble down on the table in despair. Her face brightens and she folds her sleeve, using her Quirk to produce a notebook with a pen. She hands them to him, confident.
“Write it all down there.”
“What do I after after I finish the list?”
She grinned, “Google it.”
(Or five times Todoroki fails at figuring out his feelings for Midoriya using Google and one time he suceeds.)

He types out: I wish I were that Nitotan right now. Then he snorts, and erases it.'

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.
