Summary
Over the years, Sam and Dean have learned a few rules regarding their lives as hunters: demons can’t be trusted, silver bullets for shifters, iron for spirits, most monsters are kill first and ask questions later, and angels like PBJ sandwiches (or maybe that’s just their specific angel).
But there’s always an exception to every rule.
A demon that can’t be exorcised? A monster with no reliable weaknesses? A creature intelligent enough to run once hunters nearly kill it? An absolute son of a bitch that thinks its funny to bury Baby beneath a foot of snow as a diversion (that absolutely works, damn it)?
To stand a chance against this new breed of enemy, they’ll have to be vigilant.
Especially when the darkness has eyes… the night has ears…And the shadows are always watching…
