Summary
Izzy supposed that he should be pleased that a queer-friendly show had garnered so much attention, and he was. Sort of. Mostly, though, he was bitter. His beloved Republic of Pirates was queer-friendly too, and its leads had sizzling chemistry, due to having been friends in real life for decades. It deserved every bit of the accolades that Heated Rivalry was receiving. Instead, it had been cancelled when it still needed one more season to finish telling its epic story.
“A story that didn’t have to resort to shoving chiseled abs and rock-hard pecs and explicit sex scenes in the viewers’ faces,” he fumed silently. “A story told the old-fashioned way, with brilliant performances and clever, witty dialogue. The 'Heated Rivalry' creators wouldn’t recognize those things if they tripped over them.”
OR
Izzy is certain that the new "gay Canadian hockey show" isn't worth his time.
This is the latest installment in my "Izzy's Hobby" series. I'd recommend that you read the others before reading this one (they're pretty short and very fluffy). I wrote it for Day 3 of the 2026 OFMD JanuAUry PromptFest, for the prompt "Any TV Show".

Summary
Stede Bonnet is 18 and about to start college. His entire life is mapped out for him - first college, then working for his father at BonnetCorp, then marriage to Mary Allamby - and that's the way he likes it.
Ed Teach is also 18 and about to start college as well. He's got plans for his life, and those plans don't include romance. He's ambitious and a bit of a hound, and that's the way HE likes it.
Two worlds are about to collide.
An "Our Flag Means Pride" Fundraiser commission fic. The title comes from the song "Impossible" from Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, for reasons that will become clear!

Ed took advantage of the all-too-brief period of solitude to lean against his office wall and close his eyes. Visions danced in his head, not of sugarplums, but of soft golden curls, a dazzling dimpled smile, and those amazing legs.
“Oh, no,” he groaned quietly. “That is so inconvenient.”
You can’t get a crush on an employee. You can’t. It’s number one on the list of Things Thou Shalt Not Do When Thou Becomest a Politician.
His head wasn’t getting the memo, and neither was his heart. Too bad. They’d just have to lump it.

Summary
Stede's having a bad day. His toaster has stopped working, his library book has gone missing, and now his bathroom lights won't turn on. It's like he's been cursed ...
... or possibly blessed, because the guy who's come to fix his lights - one Ed Teach, owner of Blackbeard's Lighting, Lamps and LEDs - is just Stede's type. Trouble is, Stede can't bring himself to ask Ed out, and once the fix is complete, Ed will leave his life forever - or will he? What if Stede's lights break down again and again for some bizarre reason?

Summary
Stede looked over his shoulder to give Ed a come-hither smile, then he froze. His face became scarlet. “Oh dear!”.
“Hm? What’s wrong?”.
“Er … good afternoon!”, said a voice in an English accent.
Ed’s erection flagged as though he’d been doused with a bucket of icy water. They never got visitors, not ever, so why now?. He instinctively put out his hand to block Stede’s arse from view while turning to glare at the intruder, his other hand planted aggressively on his hip.

Ed and Stede are just about to get up to some sexy shenanigans at their inn when they get an uninvited visitor. Who is he, what does he want, and will Ed be forced to murder him and bury him in the garden before the day is over?
This is for Friday of Week 1 of Fluffvember 2025 - Canon and Post-Canon. It was inspired by delightful art created by Ed Zeppelin, and it can be seen on Bluesky here. They'd said that they'd like to see what fics people could come up with - well, this one's mine!

Summary

Stede is an antiquarian bookseller, looking to fill his empty days after his divorce. Ed and Stede discover an undeniable connection when their lives suddenly intersect, but the timing really couldn't be worse. If they want to stay together, they'll need some creative problem solving.

Summary
Shane Hollander sort of fronted to Rozanov. He was a virgin when they met. He came to realize that he was both gay and hopelessly in love with Ilya after they called each other by their first names for the first time. Shane thought a little break would help him, but he fell into a depression... all because Rozanov was insufferable. Ilya is doing all that he can to make Shane jealous... such as being seen by the paparazzi with girls, making out with random girls when they are in the same space, and the worst of all, sending him videos of him hooking up with other people. Two could play at this game... after all Hollander was a big catch, however he didnt realize how much Ilya was obsessed with him... it was like feuling a fire, and it was so impossibly hot.
