He moves one already bloodsoaked hand up to the handle and tugs, with an awful wet noise and a painful gasp.
“Stop, stop!” Dick shouts, grabbing at his hands. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?”
“What the hell does it look like I’m doing?” Jason says stupidly. “I’m making this quicker for the both of us.”
When Jason came back, he came back with a few—quirks, he’s called them. One is the murder. Another one is whatever he has going on with noted crime boss Sofia Gigante, which he defensively refuses to elaborate on whenever Dick asks. The last one is the ability to get shot in the head and sit up five minutes later to bitch about the weather. Which Dick has seen him do. Which Dick hasn’t stopped having fucking nightmares about.

Dick crouches to be at Damian’s eye level, and his voice suddenly takes on a brisk tone, one Wally associates so strongly with being assigned patrol routes that he twitches. “Wally, this is Damian, Damian, this is Wally. Wally is one of my very best friends. He is very important to me. You aren't going to stab him. This isn’t a debate,” Dick says, when Damian raises an eyebrow, “Or a rule. You can’t physically do it. He is much faster than you.”
“I know what his powers are,” Damian says, sounding annoyed, and also like he considers them to be a fun challenge.
“I would like it to be a rule,” Wally volunteers.

There’s a sudden, nervous silence.
“Hey,” Jason says, dangerously, “Where is the kid?”

“On a Saturday? In July?” Tim makes a sound like a chipmunk in a trash compactor. “Tim, did you fuckin’ forget about the baby? Do not hang up on me-”

This turns out to be such a good idea he drafts it to his team and suddenly he's moonlighting as a rock singer in a band that's rising in popularity. Maintaining a new "secret" identity is easy enough, and he's having a lot of fun!
Unfortunately for Tim, it seems he's a bit TOO good at the secret identity thing, because his family doesn't seem to realize that it's him.
Ugh, this is just proving his point.
