It was hard to forget the betrayal.
A axe chopping into his back, swallowing salty water as he tried to run away, Etho and Skizz’s reactions, and that damn axe. It was a shiny diamond, sharp to the touch with the help of stone and Tango. He created the axe that led to his own death. Yeah, sure, that was so long ago, but Tango can still hear the crunch of his bones when he focuses hard enough.
His body hadn’t forgotten either.
