    It has been some time since he had slain both his beloved mentor Gherman and the wretched Moon Presence that enslaved him to its will, wresting the Hunter's Dream from its grasp before transcending the Hunt and becoming just like the prey he had hunted. An Old One.

    No, he does not like it. He will not become like them, manipulating civilisations to blind worship and zealotry, guiding them to their fall like cattle for whatever gods dammed plan they have. He may be an Old One now, but above all he was still a Hunter. And a Hunter must Hunt.

    Prey, that is what he needs. A strong and worthy prey that no one shall miss when he strikes down. Someone that he can hunt without weighting on his conscience, gnawing at him in his sleep. He requires prey to occupy him, and what better place to look at than the remnants of a world touched by Old Ones, beneath a shattered moon and seeded with prey straight from nightmares?
