A tourney stand looms up ahead out of the mist, a knight on a black stallion rides ahead of her and suddenly she knows, with a deep, clear certainty what her purpose is, here. She has read of this field, this day. She knows the ill luck that followed it, the hope of a fractured realm extinguished with a mace. She urges Valour on, draws abreast with the knight and he turns to her. A black shield, a red dragon. He raises his visor. “You ride for the Hedge Knight?” His voice echoes strangely in the helmet. He is more handsome than she expected. She nods. “I would know your name, ser.”
“I am a true knight, your Grace.” she says, and passes the Prince, knowing she must answer to him at some point, or else disappear, as fast as she is able.
Ser Brienne of Tarth, Commander of the Kingsguard, is sent by her King on a ride one misty morning in full tourney armour. Sent ninety years back, to the point at which some say it all went wrong, she has a rare and precious chance to make things right. Even if it costs her her foolish heart.

For millennia, planet Earth lived oblivious to the wars which raged beyond its star. Hailing from their now ruined planet of Cybertron, the beings would travel and infiltrate Earth in secret, harvesting its energy for their war. All would change in 2002, when a teenage human named Cyrus Anderson would be forced into their conflict against his will. Through aligning himself with the Autobots, he would find courage, purpose, compassion, and a world completely unknown to all. As if alien conflict were not enough, Mother Earth herself would bring in her own defence in the form of ancient and massive megafauna dubbed "Kaiju", who bore no allegiance to either side. Caught between metallic warriors and monstrous forces of nature, Cyrus would discover that survival alone was never enough. He would have to fight, endure, and ultimately find where he truly belonged.
