Okuyasu didn’t understand why seeing girls crushing on Josuke bothered him so much, but it did. It made something deep inside him feel hollow, like there was a black hole eating him up from the inside. So, like any sane human, he came to the conclusion he really cared about personal space. Yeah, that was it!
Seeing Josuke with girls disturbed him because they were invading Josuke's personal space without asking or being friends with Josuke, and he just couldn’t stand that. It was perfect. He just cared about his bros comfort.
As for Josuke, he didn't understand why, whenever Okuyasu got hurt, it bothered him so much. It seemed like every other day, Okuyasu would find himself in some kind of trouble, whether it was getting his hand stuck in a vending machine or tripping over his own feet.
Each time, Josuke felt a cold shiver run down his spine, a jolt of concern flooding through him, and he'd rush to help. He didn’t get why he got so worked up every time, but the further he thought about it, the clearer the answer became: he was worried about all the damage Okuyasu could cause. After all, it would be up to him to fix it. What else could it be?
Koichi with the utmost respect was going to strangle them.

Being late for class, not being good enough, ruining his friendships, dying, DIO. He may have managed to conquer his fear over the dead vampire, but thoughts of him kept finding Kakyoin in his sleep like with Death 13. DIO hid in the shadow of every action Kakyoin took. In Egypt, he died without regret—no longer afraid of his worst nightmare. Now that he was alive, however, second thoughts brought too many regrets to keep track of. The pain of not saying goodbye to his parents was overshadowed by the feeling of morose accomplishment and the drowning coldness of death. That pain was all he thought about now.
All that ended up happening is that he traded one mistake for another. Removed a sword and replaced it with a dagger.
Mentally, he made a note to contact a therapist sometime before his school year started back up and to get phone numbers from everyone. Polnareff, Avdol, Mr. Joestar, and Jotaro.
At least he had the latter’s address. Kakyoin could only hope he got his message.
Kakyoin and Jotaro struggle to find stability in a relationship as they navigate through their shared trauma and as Kakyoin learns to live with regret.

So this was how Kakyoin would die.
Kakyoin, aged twenty-five, was to die by being crushed to death under a clock tower, with not even any ghosts for him to meet in the afterlife.
He shut his eyes tightly, and didn’t even bother to cover his head with his arms for the impending contact.
Instead, however, he felt strong arms pick him up, before he was hauled over Kujo’s shoulder, the other man cursing as he ran towards where Kakyoin had been sniping earlier, looking out across the town square.
He felt himself be jostled in Kujo’s hold before he was being held bridal style in front of the man. Looking down at him unimpressed, he spoke.
“You owe me for this.”
OR
Kakyoin Noriaki, assassin and privateer for hire is sent to exterminate Kujo Jotaro and his pirate crew of the Stardust Crusaders. It doesn't seem to go his way.
