Summary
Lee Minho was supposed to be a fifth year.
Instead, at sixteen years old, he gets moved into Hogwarts’ accelerated sixth-year program alongside some of the most talented students in the school—his overprotective half-brother Felix, annoyingly brilliant Ravenclaws, chaotic Gryffindors, and one terrifyingly observant Slytherin captain named Kim Seungmin.
Minho is the youngest captain in Hogwarts history, Hufflepuff’s star Quidditch player, McGonagall’s favorite student, and unfortunately, a mudblood in a castle where pureblood politics still linger in the shadows.
Most people adore him.
Some people absolutely do not.
Between late-night dorm visits, Quidditch rivalries, shifting friendships, subtle cruelty, and a relationship that somehow survives on quiet touches and sarcastic affection, Minho slowly realizes Hogwarts may not be as safe—or as simple—as it once felt.
Luckily, he’s surrounded by people who would burn the castle down for him.
Even if he wishes they’d calm down about it.

“Where-” Seungmin fumbles with Minho’s wrists, voice cracking. “Where are you hurt?”
Minho laughs then, the sound bubbling dry and hoarse from the depths of his throat. He lifts his bleeding hand, and Seungmin’s eyes latch to limb in horror. Minho shakes his head.
“No,” he says, and his eyes are wet again. “Here.” He presses the hand to his chest, to the cavernous hole that hides behind layers of clothing and skin. “Here. Hurts here, Seungmin.”
Or; Minho falls in love with Seungmin. Seungmin shows Minho how to love himself.
