“Wilbur sat in the rocking chair gently rocking back and forth. He was looking into his ocean blue eyes while softly singing as the boy in his arms fell asleep.
“You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray,” Wilbur sang in a sweet voice.
The boy in his arms only let out a sleepy giggle before his eyelids fluttered closed and he fell asleep. Wilbur sat there a moment more gently rocking before standing up and ever so carefully placing him in the crib.”

He was so busy looking desperately for those mushrooms that he failed to notice the circle was no longer empty. He sulked around the meadow, searching with no luck and holding back panic at the thought of what he was going to have to do. How long did he have to get out of the forest before the fae noticed he took a mushroom? Would he even be able to or were they protected by magic? Would touching even the mushrooms that made the perimeter bind him to the fae the same way stepping into the circle would?

"They're your family now too." Techno corrects. And when he noticed that Tommy's face fell, Techno fear became a reality. He quickly went to Tommy's side and pulled his son into a side hug.
"Tommy, they're your family. You became a part of it when I took you in all those years ago."
"I know that. . . It just felt like I'm intruding." Tommy admits and it breaks Techno's heart everytime.

The Craft family visits Techno and his son Tommyinnit. A shy young lad who they have only head through Techno's letters.
Tommy has heard of the Craft family before thanks to Techno and now that Techno has adopted him that Technically makes him part of the family, well Tommy has his doubts.
And his new family will do anything to drive those doubts away.

Tommy gets adopted by Techno and is now part of the family. He feels like he's intruding but the Craft family says otherwise

Tommy has never thought of himself as particularly unlucky. He’s always had everything he needs: a place to sleep (even if it was barely big enough for two), food on the table (even if he had to skip a meal or two every once in a while), and, most importantly, his older brother.
It’s been just the two of them for as long as Tommy can remember. When he was little, he thought Technoblade was the coolest person in the world. He still does. And as much as he argues against it when Techno calls him “kid”, Tommy doesn’t think he’ll ever stop needing him.
As he stumbles toward their tiny apartment in the dark of night, trembling hands pressed painfully against his stomach and sticky with blood, he’s never needed his brother more.
