Summary
I lived with this hunger long before the Hail Mary. This is nothing new. I’m fine.
Right up until Rocky asks another question.
“When last time you touch other human person skin, question?”
Oh. Oh no. “When I… a few days after I first woke up here.”
Rocky starts to relax for a split second, but then tightens when something occurs to him.
“Grace crewmates dead when you wake up. You said this, statement. You not even know your own name, remember nothing, see dead bodies, confirm?”
I nod, because if I open my mouth I will gag.
“When last time Grace touch ALIVE human person, question.”
I swallow thickly. I don’t answer aloud because I know Rocky can hear the hitch in my breath. My stomach churns with fresh bile. He senses my vital signs tick over into stress patterns and goes very, very still again.
“Grace. When last time, question.”
I clench my jaw so hard my temples ache, and beg him with my eyes to just stop.
“Grace. Please say not when… when Evil Stratt humans put you to sleep.”
I can taste grass.

Summary
“If you care about me, at all, you’d leave me alone.” Tommy laughed, bitterness spreading to his eyes and tongue like a disease. “But I think that’d be too much for you.”
Tommy left into Limbo, Death; he didn’t know. But as long as it was far from Wilbur, he was happy.
He knew he’d regret this, he always did. He always grovelled to Wilbur for his love, always tried to look at the brighter side of things. Wilbur was his brother, unofficially, but Tommy had been determined to make their bond unbreakable.
Maybe it was his death that was talking. Maybe it was his regret in letting Dream live to save Wilbur, only to find out he was happy where he was, happier dead than he’d ever been in the SMP.
Maybe it was the regret of knowing, Tommy almost ripped away one of the few good things Wilbur had ever had.
OR. dsmp Tommy dies and meets his passerine family.

Summary
Tommy was handed a small flyer in printed in black and white, with the words “POETRY NIGHT - OPEN MIC” splayed across the front in bubbled font. He fumbled with his binder as he took it, eyes wide as he said, “are you sure? I mean, I love poetry and all, but I don’t think-I’m not sure—what if I can’t write poetry?”
Mr. Sam’s dark eyes softened, and he reached out to place a hand on Tommy’s shoulder, squeezing it gently. “Everyone has to start somewhere; every poet, from me to Rudy Francisco, started off without knowing a clue about what we were doing. Tommy, it’s not about if you can or cannot write poetry, it’s about if you want to.”

Summary
Red Chaos was the name the world had bestowed upon him, and Dream had laughed as he dragged Tommy down against his chest in a rough sprawl back against the couch, squeezing him tight after their first official mission together.
Tommy had done good and Dream had been proud.

Siren shifts, a look Tommy can’t be bothered to understand flashing briefly before his shoulders roll into a shrug.
“You saved my life.”
I know, Tommy thinks, lips drawing back in an ugly grimace. It ruined mine.
