    Peter thought nothing of it. Just narrowed it down to being a little unfit. He hadn't exercised as much after returning to Earth and shouldn't have pushed himself so hard during his afternoon run. His world is then turned upside down when he's diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer. When Rocket find out, it falls on his shoulders to ensure the Legendary Star Lord fights it off. Even if it means coming up with a less conventional cure.
