Summary
Optimus works at a zoo. The kind that Autobots travel from the other side of Cybertron just to see. The kind of zoo that just received a creature the likes no typical Autobot citizen has seen before, and Optimus was about to get up close and personal with said creature. A little too close for comfort, to say the least. This is all new territory for him.

Note: Takes place after the previous fics in the series. It is unnecessary to have watched the show to understand the story.

In Episode 10 of Power of the Primes, Windblade, Megatron, Optimus Primal and everyone else confront Megatronus Prime at the Well of Allsparks where he has the Matrix of Leadership and the Requiem Blaster and is going to use them to resurrect Solus Prime (idk how a gun and a Christmas ornament are gonna help with that but whatever).
Megatronus eventually dies. BUT THEN Unicron shows up in the form of the Chaos Matrix with Rodimus as his thrall. And this is where it takes a turn for the worse:
I will never forgive Machinima for killing off Megatron at the end of PWT. He was literally the only good thing from this show, the only reason to watch it at all. And then poor Megatron got vaporized by the Requiem Blaster. They killed him off and IMMEDIATELY, LITERALLY 30 SECONDS LATER, brought back Optimus from the dead. Tragic.But I'm going to fix that. And also make it gay.
