His quiet cries turned into sobs. Reo doesn’t think he can take this anymore. He wishes so badly that Nagi was different. That Nagi would love Reo. That he would show it. That he’d make an effort. He keeps wishing for things that he knows he’ll never get.

Nagi is right — Reo knows Nagi’s body as well as his own, knows where and how Nagi likes to be massaged (his back, firmly) and stroked (gently, slowly, up at the top of his head and down at the base of his length), knows where he’s sensitive and pliable (at the soft of his wrists and stomach), and where he likes Reo to mark him up the most (both sides of his neck, until the purple blossoms down his chest to the end of his muscular thighs, mirrored by the red twining across his back).
(Nagi soothes and slows Reo down after a painful first attempt, and shows him that some things can't be done alone.)

Summary
Nagi lived a solitary life. People were honestly just a big hassle, and he didn’t need that. He rarely needed to leave his apartment at all. Groceries (if any, cooking was also a hassle) were delivered, same with any sort of object because Amazon was a thing. He streamed for a living so all he needed to “do work” was a computer set up, a microphone, and a WiFi connection. Really he only left to pick up the mail.
It was an easy life. No one ever bothered him and he didn’t bother anyone.
Then someone moved into the empty unit next door.
Doesn’t help at all that the wall are thin, and Nagi can hear everything that goes on in the next room. Everything.

This isn’t a huge issue at first
Until Reo’s habit of bringing back one night stands makes itself known
And soon, it’s all that Nagi can think about
