"They were losing. It was clear to everyone - RED and BLU - that those donning the scarlet clothing that was so iconic (around those parts, at least) of those listed under the name of Mr Redmond Mann were heading to a difficult and humiliating defeat. Why this was happening was more of a mystery, but it didn’t matter. The point is that the payload was gradually rolling towards its target, egged on by the vast majority of the BLU team, and there seemed to be nothing - despite their very best efforts - that the REDs could do."
Following a tricky day on the field, Scout visits who he expects to be a disappointed, frustrated Sniper. His boyfriend, though, is always full of surprises.
