This starts off with a bang. Kurotsuki at its finest, followed immediately by pain, which is handled beautifully. Drama caused by circumstance rather than miscommunication, which is such a nice change. Written beautifully, you'll have fun guessing which characters match which codename (most get revealed, but a few are still mysteries). Loving the other pairings and looking forward to working through the rest of them (and hoping for resolution in book six).

“I’m sorry I couldn’t be there for your graduation, or for when you made the Frogs. I’m proud of you, you know.”
Would you try again? Would you see me?
“Tetsurou,” Kei says, voice cracking, “what do you mean by that?”

Soft and a bit bittersweet, this kurotsuki one-shot gives a beautiful look at the wrong and right times for a relationship, and features a wonderfully supportive Yamaguchi.

Fake relationships, pining, and a bit of drunken-misunderstanding angst makes for an awfully cute story. And the embedded fanart is great!

Phone sex line prank calls and coffee shops. This series is a hoot-and-a-half, and awfully cute.
