Chuuya, with his overprotective nature and inability to mind his own fucking business, couldn’t in good conscious let Dazai rot in a box when he was ill.
But now, Dazai doesn’t live in a shipping container. Dazai has a dorm, provided by the ADA. He’s got a futon there, blankets, tea… the building even has heating. And while he doesnt have a bathtub, Dazai has pretty much everything else a sick person needs to recover.

Chuuya scoffs, and there’s something else to his tone that Dazai can’t make out, something other than Annoyed At Dazai. “Did you get hit in the fight, idiot?”
“No?” Dazai guesses.
But really, he doesn’t know. What fight? Dazai doesn’t remember a fight, and the last time they had a mission, Dazai wasn’t hurt. Chuuya’s making a mistake.
Dazai can maybe hear soft murmurs that sound a little like what the fuck, but he can’t be bothered with whatever Chuuya’s problem is right now. He’s tired, and his head hurts bad enough that he might actually consider taking painkillers if he were allowed to have them.
