Summary
The Qixing are frustrated at the lack of efficiency of one particular Milelith officer, but had difficulty to find a reason to discipline him or fire him. With Inazuma opening borders, the Chasm reopening as well, trades are bustling through Liyue with goods and precious items all around. Ships are going in and out of port freely, and the Milelith are running a lot of shifts keeping pace. The last thing they need is for some of them to be ineffective due to a rather dumb reason.
Keqing, on a lunch out with Aether, gets an idea for something scandalous, but would prove to work. And Aether knows just the group he needs to be able to bring this one together.
Only the director of the funeral parlor would be crazy enough to lead the job.
