Pierre doesn't care about Esteban. He's happy. Alpine are finally doing decent for once, his career is heading in the right direction, and life is finally looking up.
At least, that's what he keeps telling himself. Because no matter how well things are going, it still feels like a certain kind of happiness is missing.

Whatever greeting he had expected from Barcelona’s golden boy, it was definitely not this. Had he entered the wrong room? Ferran took a quick glance past Pedri's shoulder. No, this was definitely the first-team locker room. Maybe it was a joke? Maybe Pedri was just messing with him? Yeah, that had to be it.“Nice to meet you too. I’m Ferran.” He said, extending his hand. Seconds passed, Pedri didn’t shake it, but Ferran didn’t pull it back either. “But I guess you already knew my name…” he trailed off, sounding far from his usual confident self.
“Yeah, I guess I did.” Pedri replied dryly, narrowing his eyes.
This wasn’t the same Pedri he met on that beach.

Charles só precisava de ajuda com um trabalho de anatomia.
Mas em vez disso, na pressa, digitou o nome do destinatário todo errado, anexou o documento mais feio já produzido pela humanidade e mandou o trabalho pra um coitado que não tinha nada a ver com a história.
Carlos recebeu um e-mail horrorosamente escrito com um anexo pior ainda e fez a única coisa razoável: usou o pouco tempo livre que tinha pra reclamar da gramática do remetente e depois deixou comentários passivo-agressivos pelo documento inteiro.
O problema é que Charles achou aquilo engraçado.
E charmoso.
