Galo has started his first semester of college as a fine arts major in photography, and he's already feeling a bit of pressure from one of his classes. He's required to submit a portfolio with a succinct theme by the end of the semester, however, he's having trouble finding some inspiration, every snap of his shutter producing something lackluster and dull.
That is until he meets Lio, another fine arts major with a concentration in painting. All it takes is one look, and Galo suddenly finds himself swimming in creativity...and something else that makes his chest hitch and breathing labored.

Late one night, Galo Thymos finds a nearly unconscious stranger in the alley next to his apartment. Being the Burning Rescue Hero he is, he can't ignore it and takes them up to his apartment.
Lio Fotia tries to keep his interactions with those unaffiliated with his cause to a minimum. He's far too focused on his goals and travelling into populated areas is dangerous. The Mad Burnish leader is the model of composure.
So why can't he get this obnoxious firefighter out of his head? Why does he keep going back?

Summary
Sir Galo Thymos is the best knight in all of the Kingdom of Promepolis (he thinks so, at least). So it makes sense that King Kray would send him to hunt down the Mad Black Dragon who’s returned to terrorize the Kingdom once again.
But when he meets Lio Fotia, the supposed Mad Black Dragon, it turns out that maybe things aren’t quite as simple as he thought.
Or...Lio is a dragon, Galo is the knight sent to slay him, and things don’t happen quite the way that they’re supposed to.

Lio Fotia’s purpose in life revolved around the Burnish, but now the Promare are gone and the Burnish were no more. Galo Thymos’s life turned upside-down when he met Lio Fotia and now, he’s the most important person in his life. They crashed into each other like meteors in the sky, Galo and Lio figure out their lives going forward and wonder what they really mean to each other.
