The result is a conventional plot featuring shameless romantic tropes, Star Wars characters debating Star Wars, outraged fansplaining, hOw DaRe yOu feelings, a prologue packing more angst than the rest of the story combined, and fluffy fluffity fluff. On rare and special occasions, it even pretends to have a deeper message.
