Summary
Today, the worst had been confirmed. He really was blind.
Even though they had both prepared themselves for this day, it was terrible all the same.This is a story based mainly on chapters 9 and 10 of Andrea Bocelli's memoir, "The Music of Silence", delving deeper into what might have happened in the days leading up to and shortly after the accident that caused his blindness to become total.
Naming schemes are taken from his memoir directly, hence why Andrea's name is Amos in this story.

Summary
This image, clearly showcasing Andrea Bocelli's stage fright (note his clenched fist, something he has talked about doing when he's nervous!), inspired me to write this little peek into the mind of the man.
(I hope I did well - this is my first fic, and apparently the first Andrea Bocelli fic too?? Wild.)
(Shame it has to be so short, for being the first fic of its kind.)

Summary
What it says on the tin, basically! Oro adopts Lost Kin. Includes: fights to eat food, trying to sit still, writing lessons, nail lessons, bubbles, gambling (Oro literally teaches Lost Kin to gamble), honey, and lots of cuddles and hugs. This is a parent-raising-a-child story, and everything in this story is gen. It's about familial relationships and love, so all intimacy is familial and platonic in nature.
I PROMISE that, while there is sadness and tragedy, there WILL be a happy ending! I couldn't emotionally handle it myself, so while I love writing hurt, there will always be comfort and fluff to follow. :)
(I recommend obtaining the Dream No More ending before reading this in order to avoid any unwanted spoilers. Chapter one does have an on-screen suicide, but you can skip that by jumping to the end of the Hollow Knight poem.)
Misc Notes:
*Lost Kin is the main character, but they do not have a name for its majority. Most, if not all 'they/thems' refer to, well, them. :)
*The watchful one is Ghost/The Knight, who we play as in game

Summary
The Sectumsempra bathroom scene never seemed right to me. Draco was DYING, bleeding out, and seizing (per JK "Malfoy, who was shaking uncontrollably in a pool of his own blood." HBP). Then moments later Snape says a counterspell and Draco WALKS to the Hospital Wing and all is well!? Nope. I don't buy it. So I changed it...as one does.
