“Is that so? You really can’t be trusted now, can you?”
“Uh I suppose not!” Vegas tutted, sucking in an indulgent breath as she took a step closer.
“Tell me, Pete.” She let two fingers crawl up Pete’s throat, settling on the nook of her chin. “Tell me what you want. You need.” For a split second, the heat burning in Pete’s eyes flared, fanned by the skin-on-skin contact. It was at this point Vegas saw Pete notice her–really notice her. Vegas wanted unbearably to take it–to have her way with Pete right now, but that would be far too easy.“Please. Please have–your way with me.”

“It’s so much fun–I played it with Macau and he beat me, but he put us on 200cc and I think with more practice I could be a better opponent for him!” Pete stared at Vegas with those huge, starry eyes–the ones he used when he really wanted something, like the last of the noodles or a collar around his neck. Vegas sighed and tilted his head.
“Can you practice by yourself? This paperwork needs to be sorted by tonight, pet.” Vegas wished he could just say fuck it to the documents and play a game with his pet, honestly, but these papers needed to be finished by tonight. “If I’m quick, I should finish early and we can have a little playtime. Does that sound good, baby?” Vegas reached out a hand to stroke through Pete’s hair as his eyes livened up a touch.
“Mhm!” Pete gave a quick nod, making the o ring of his collar sway a little. Then, a wonderful idea popped into Vegas’ head. “Why don’t I set you a challenge while I work? If you win, we’ll play. If you lose, well, you’ll have to do a little something for me.”OR
Pete takes a bet stacked against him, and (spoiler alert) loses. Badly.
