Type: Status Effect
The user activates the quirk by touching, skin to skin, the anchor - the first person the anchor makes eye contact with after Folie À Deux is activated becomes the ‘tether’. After becoming tethered, the duo must remain within a ten foot radius of one another. Every five feet beyond the initial ten feet will cause increasing pain and insanity until the pain becomes ‘Unbearable’. The more time spent in an ‘Unbearable’ status increases the chance for lasting psychological damage.

During a routine patrol, Bakugou is hit with a quirk that forces him to stay within ten feet of the first person he makes eye contact with. Uraraka just to happens to be that person.

Summary
The members of The Ring of Power are separated by mysterious events. Angel was there one day, the next she was gone. Nobody, not even Omar, knew until they heard the radio spot. It's up the the remaining members of the band to cross their post-apocalyptic country to get to her in time for her debut concert in Nuke York with the mysterious mega-star, MOK. Omar's been in a slump, suffering from hand strain and horrible memories he can no longer use music or alcohol to escape. He's been pushing away his everyone he loves and falling apart, but with Angel in danger he is ready to do whatever it takes. He will have to take a rough ride down memory lane in order to get to Angel in time - and hopefully make things right with her.

Ochako and Izuku had it good. They’d been going steady for a little under a year and a half, so it comes as a bit of a shock when he breaks up with her out of nowhere. She had once felt comfort around her friends, but now she’s left scrambling for something else as she still tries to make the most out of her 3rd year at UA. Who knew that the most unfriendly person in their class would be just what she needed during this trying time? And if he helped make her ex jealous, she *totally* didn’t notice.
Alternatively:
Katsuki has had one of the world’s worst crushes on none other than his tiny brunette classmate for about as long as he’s been at UA. Her being newly single has him going absolutely insane. He will do whatever she asks, even if it crosses multiple lines between regular friendship and something more. Driving Deku insane is just a bonus to that.
