Summary
Pre-War Jazz and Prowl meet, Jazz's job is distracting Prowl and he's good at it. (A little too good). First meet is a car chase, Jazz has fun, Prowl gets pissed. I like annoying Prowl maybe a bit excessively. Jazz and Prowl become friends (and more) eventually though, with shenanigans, angst, plot, and fluff involved.

Summary
Jazz is a famous pop music star, traveling the galaxy playing for the masses. (Which totally isn't a cover for anti-corporate espionage that may or may not result in mass uprisings at mines and other hard-labor installations).
Unfortunately for Jazz, as he heads to the settlement of Kaon (also, total coincidence, home of the Tarn mine), he is forced to take out a Security Bond to guarantee his safety while on planet. Which means he has to rent one of the creepy, bot-human construct 'Security Units' for the length of his trip.
How will he ever get anything done with a corporate surveillance/killing machine following him around everywhere?
