Seonghwa took the razor and drew it carefully down San’s cheek. The blade sang against his skin, lifting his stubble with the cream.
Their eyes met in the mirror.
“Stay for breakfast,” San said.
Seonghwa paused, the razor hovering at his throat.
“I draw the line at breakfast.”

Summary
San zips back the bag of food and is about to put it to the side to fill the water bowl now when he feels something soft bumping against his hand. He whips his head back to the bowls and realizes the cat is actually touching his hand right now. San freezes, too scared to even move the hand, simply watching as the feline nuzzles into the back of his palm and leans into it so much San can soon feel the soft fur against his wrist as well.
He wants to pet the cat so badly, but just watching it rub itself against his hand is so heart-warming, San believes he’s doing this whole ‘trust the process’ thing right. He very slowly rotates his hand until it’s palm up, observing as the kitty now nuzzles its cute little head into his sweaty palm, eyes closed and oh my fucking fuck, it’s purring.

Summary
...
It had been a long time since he’d come face to face with his new roommate.
Jung Wooyoung.
Three years in fact, since their heated altercation at a party. Three years of going back to ignoring each other’s existence as they had done before, despite their mutual friends that meant their paths crossed every now and then.
There was an unspoken truth between them that they could not stand each other. An unspoken rule that what happened at that party three years ago stayed between them. An unspoken rule to never speak about it. To never speak full stop. To never even look in each other’s direction.
...But that rule was being broken today...
OR
San blackmailed Wooyoung seven years ago unbeknownst to Wooyoung. It's the reason he's kept his distance for so long. What will happen when they start to get closer? When he realises he doesn't hate him at all? What will happen if the truth comes out? When the truth comes out...

Summary
Yeosang was sixteen.
Too pretty for his own good. Too quiet. Too polite. The kind of beauty that drew unwanted eyes, even when he was dressed in plain clothes and bowed so low his forehead kissed the floor.
He belonged to no one.
And that was dangerous.
San met him in Kyoto.
In the home of a politician who liked to "collect" pretty things. Yeosang had been brought out to serve tea—to smile, bow, and disappear into the background. Like a vase. Like a doll.
San was already wealthy then. Already feared.
And the moment Yeosang stepped into the room—elegant, silent, too composed for someone so young—San didn’t look away.
Not once.
“Who’s that?” San had asked, even though he never asked about servants.
The politician laughed. “That one? Korean. Abandoned in the city years ago. I keep him around for display.”San’s eyes didn’t move. “I’ll take him.”
