Summary
Tactile telekinesis was never meant to get him very far off the ground; Cadmus had only thought it a minor ability, to help him in combat. His ttk was meant to assist him with the heavy lifting that came along with being Superman; It wasn’t really supposed to help Kon fly. That’s what his wings were for.

Cadmus never meant for kons ttk to be as powerful as it is, so they gave him wings to help. Kon has no plans on using them. -
