Viridian wings flapped a few times in preparation, silently praying that he was faster than whatever was about to chase him through the perilous forest.The haunting red eyes edged closer, swaying in the foliage as they shifted towards him. That was the cue to flee.
Eren spread his wings wide, poised to jump, but his body froze when an eerie whisper came from among the leaves.

Summary
Eren and Levi are two very different mermaids.
Eren, a part of a tropical, shallow-water pod, is naturally curious and can't understand how deeper dwelling mermaids could stand to spend their lives down where the ocean is cold and dark, fearing the surface. To him, coexisting with the humans comes naturally and is merely another danger of living.
Levi, one such deeper dwelling mermaid, has spent his entire life in deep waters, defending himself against the bigger, more dangerous creatures of the sea in order to stay far away from the surface and the filthy humans that inhabit it. He has no desire to 'explore' and views anything human-related with scorn, unlike his pod-mate Hanji.
A series of events due to said pod-mate brings them together and changes their lives forever.

Summary:
Harry and Rose are twins who survived the impossible. They may not have much, but they do have each other and nothing can change that.Or—
My take on the 'What if Harry had a twin and they were in Slytherin theme'. No rivalry between the two, just a close Potter bond that not even Dumbledore could come between. Rose Potter is far more cunning and sly than Harry and isn't about to let her and her brothers future be decided for them. Albus Dumbledore is about to be in for a rude awakening.

With unconventional methods, a few broken bones and self-sacrificing attitude, the vigilante dubbed Carbon Cat attempts to balance crime fighting, evading arrest, living alone, and high school. He can't tell which one is the most difficult.
OR: in which Izuku never receives One For All, becomes a vigilante and tries to keep everyone at an arms length. Doesn't mean they'll let him, though.
