Little by little, she has shown more of Amy to her friends, but hasn't felt courageous enough to around Bennett, and after Bennett gets seriously hurt by a Mitachurl, she becomes afraid that she won't ever get that chance.

Zhongli shows up not long after. Similar to yesterday, he’s dressed stupidly well: nice suit, hair combed back perfectly and eyeliner that slays. Venti admits, only to himself, that he isn’t hard on the eyes and is, relatively, unobtrusive.
Zhongli’s smile is beautiful, though.
“Are you ready to go?” Zhongli asks, voice smooth and slow but gentle.

He heard a group of kids laughing together as they kicked around something that sounded like a ball. There was a light jingling of coins as a man handed them to a shopkeeper.
The town was lively and inviting, but Zenitsu decided it was best to admire it from afar.Far, far away.

The- was that a human? Was Katsuki witnessing the first human up close and personal? No, surely there had to be others. But if there were, then stories would have surely been passed, which meant that they were slain.
The human didn’t have long, protruding claws like Katsuki had once thought, nor a pelt made of spears and iron. It lacked the pearls and jewels the royals were rumored to have- No, instead it was a darkened blue, almost black, with toxic green strips lined down the sides. Humans weren’t supposed to have fins, being land dwellers, but this one did. Were they evolving? Katsuki was struck with anxiety at the thought of this. Were more to follow?
