After Fuji saves him from a potential kidnapper, Yeyasu can no longer deny his feelings for him. But factor in his cowardice, and Fuji’s daughter, Ao, already smack bang in the middle of his heart and, quite frankly, taking the vast majority of his blood supply, Yeyasu refuses to reveal his feelings. What he does do, however, is research a possible cure for Empathy Killer. But everything goes to hell in a handbasket when an ancient enemy rears it’s ugly head, evoking Fuji’s protective side.
