Tommy was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2010. This specific cancer is fatal, and did not have a treatment. It would kill him slowly, and the doctors said he would only have 3 years to live.
He was diagnosed at 7.
He lay in his hospital bed. He was surrounded by flowers and chocolates from people he’s never even met. His pulse was weakening by the minute. He might’ve been young but he understood what that meant. He understood what it meant when the staff took his father and brother’s out of his room to talk.

To activate that power, there is a particular word that associates to that person. Most likely a word that their brain related to magic when they were a child (younger than 10). That's why my word is abracadabra. Most witches have a familiar, a magical pet set to keep you out of danger. Each power has a downside, the most common one is energy.
