A calloused palm drags its way down his spine—long, languid strokes, to soothe rather than arouse. “Gorgeous,” Swiss says, so quiet Rain almost doesn’t hear him. “All good?”
“Yes,” Rain says, voice soft.
A finger slips in without warning. Rain arches his back reflexively, hands flexing against the sheets.
“You’re so tight,” Swiss murmurs, which is neither necessary nor helpful, but makes Rain’s stomach twist all the same. He drags his finger out and pushes back in with a little more force, and he’s sinking down to the knuckle now, bracing his forearm across Rain’s lower back to hold him steady.

Summary
Dew's in over his head; Mountain isn’t small, in any sense of the word. This isn’t news. But now, faced with the reality of taking his knot- which Mountain is so desperate for someone to do, because nobody else has wanted to try to do it- it feels intimidating. A cold light of morning realization.
“Not like this,” Mountain’s hand grabs one of Dew’s wrists, which he pins above his head, and with that to steady him, does the same with the other. He grinds against Dew again, slow and filthy as Dew’s eyes unfocus. “Not like this,” Mountain repeats. “You’ve never felt something like this before.”

Government agencies, resurrected chiefs of police, a little bald girl with magical powers, ya know, just your typical superhero shit, that he was now a part of whether he liked it or not. He likes it, don’t get him wrong, it’s just also pretty goddamn nerve wracking to be part of a group of people as tight knit as this after spending years and years as the town pariah.
