He gave me that impression very early on, so I call him by his first name but he doesn’t seem to respond well to that either. Maybe he’s just not used to hearing it? He usually goes by a nickname at work and he doesn’t see his parents that often. Not really looking for advice, just haven’t experienced this before. Chuuya and Dazai are the biological parents of Oikawa and Shouyou. Chuuya is able to have kids because of his time in the lab and has all male parts and no female parts. Chuuya became pregnant with Tooru before Dazai left and didn't realize until after Dazai ran from the port mafia. He had Tooru after dazai left and during those four years of Dazai being gone raised him mostly by himself with the help of Kouyou and Hirotsu. He met Dazai again in a bar four years after he disappeared and they ended up hooking up without recognizing each other. This is where Chuuya got pregnant with Shouyou and decide to keep them safe by giving them to the nurse that helped Chuuya deliver the baby. She took them to her house and decided to give shouyou to her friend because she couldn't take care of the both of them. In the middle of a no-longer-empty track field, were three black vehicles. The cars were parked in a straight line with the perfect distances apart from one another. In front of the line of cars was a table oddly standing out in the middle of the field with black sunshade set over it.
Men dressed in black suits stood in a perfect line between the cars and the table. They stood up straight, chin held high and hands folded behind their backs. It was obvious that these were well-trained bodyguards.
However, those weren’t what shocked the audiences sitting in front of their TVs. No…rather than the men and the cars...it was that single man prostrating on the ground, his attire making him stand out from all the black.
“ALL MIGHT! IT’S ALL MIGHT!” The reporter screamed, causing the microphone to ring from her sharp voice. “The former No.1 Hero who hasn’t been seen since the announcement of his retirement!! But…just what is this current situation?!”
What was the current situation?

It had been five hundred years since quirks had first appeared and at the beginning Yokohama had blocked it self off from the rest of Japan. Quirks spread rapidly through the world but some cities were quick to block them selves off from the rest of their country, and in time became like small countries themselves.
Few ventured into those cities now classed has countries, everyone had heard tales of what those places were like, the villains that thought the citizens would be easy pickings, those that got out alive were left stark raving mad. Some heroes had also entered. All Might being one of them, the international symbol of peace, undefeatable and all powerful but even he was scared after he left Yokohama. He said even the most ruthless of villains looked like primary school bullies compared to who rules Yokohama.
