She has a hunch that whatever was going to come out of his mouth, was about to be incredibly insulting. If she was more-than-a-god, she would also say insulting and condescending things about her mortal lover’s puny and insignificant tribe.
    Sometimes it feels like whatever she and Kai’ckul’s souls are made of, they are the same. This is not necessarily a good thing.
