Until a new hire at your reporting agency named April O'Neil began sprouting nonsense about a coverup and experiments happening in the basement of a luxury hotel. You were the only one who believed her and now you've found yourself in a world far darker and dangerous than writing articles about lawn gnome prices.
They've got things caged up down there. Humanoid turtles they've been experimenting on since the end of the invasion when they picked through the rubble of the city and kidnapped the saviours away when nobody was looking.
And now it's kind of up to you to figure out how to fix this whole mess.
