It came as a surprising lesson that Alastor was easily jealous.

Summary
Vincent was in love.
Maybe he was being dramatic.
But it didn’t feel dramatic. It felt right.
Really, it wasn’t his fault. It was the boys fault. His fault for being so damn pretty.-
In 1950s New Orleans, TV star Vincent Whittman became obsessed with the pretty new radio host. He was determined to protect him from those that want to hurt him, to keep him close, to love him.
Meanwhile, Alastor's situation went from bad to worse. His captor claimed to love him, and wanted to make a wife of him. Alastor is determined to earn his freedom, to make Vincent suffer for his actions. But Vincent was dangerous, delusional, with an explosive temper.
Because it became a game; a precarious balancing act of keeping Vincent calm while trying to cling to the fraying edges of his own sanity. Each step forward felt like walking on metaphorical eggshells, or tearing his feet open on broken glass.
