“I recently travelled to the rarely explored parts of Balkan,” Orion said as he opened the heavy iron door of their storage space, “Corinthia, to be more exact. I was lucky enough to acquire these artefacts on my trip there. Lately I’ve been fascinated by the folklore of Elysian Fields, Hades, and whatnot. You see, it is believed that there is a river, known as the River Styx, located somewhere in the inscrutable rural areas of the Balkan. This river once had a gatekeeper, a sort of a—a ferryman, if you will, that traveled between the land of the living and that of the dead. This river between, the Styx, divided those two worlds from each other. I’ve wanted to visit that river ever since I was a little boy… To prove that it existed.”

Summary
When Hermione’s career at the Ministry comes to an end, she opens a store on Diagon Alley that sells magical artifacts. She stays in touch with her former-colleague Narcissa who is a curse breaker and often helps her out with new finds. They’re cordial with each other, but there’s nothing more to it. That is until the day Narcissa finds mysterious bracelets in the attic of Malfoy Manor that she’s cleaning out to be sold. She goes to Hermione for help, but the latter accidentally attaches both of them to the wrists. What follows are weeks of both witches living together trying to find out how to get unattached. If only they knew the secret to putting some more distance between them, was to close it altogether.

As the investigation progresses it becomes readily apparent all is not as it seems.

Summary
December 1981 - Remus Lupin has been holed up at the old Potter house, mourning the loss of his friends for over six weeks, when James Potter suddenly shows up on the doorstep.
Turns out, James and Lily faked their deaths and have spent the last month and a half secretly hunting down and eliminating the Dark Lord and his accomplices, alongside Regulus Black, whose mission while presumed dead for three years has been to find and destroy the Horcruxes.
James, now victorious, returns to reveal himself to his two best friends and tell them about Peter's betrayal.
He doesn't realize, however, that Sirius has been suffering in Azkaban while he, Lily, and Harry were on the run. Remus and James must get Sirius out of prison quickly, and help him heal from the trauma of his incarceration while everyone picks up the pieces after the war. Set around Christmastime.
