Ever found yourself wondering what happened to Ishida (aka. Shibito-cop) to make him flip the lid completely? No? Well, I have, so here’s my take on it.
Or; under the influence of sake and reality becoming unstable, Ishida sets his own doomed path into motion by shooting his boss. Only, he doesn't remember doing it.

Soon enough his obsesssion towards The Recruiter manifests as a need to know this kid better and corrupts him to such a degree.
