A series of mini (or not so mini) Kasjorys I found lying around. Some of these are rather old, so you can see how my writing style grows. Enjoy!

Summary
“Not never, surely,” Eir admitted, clumsy. She had never had the gift for words like she had for carving stone. “By accident, certainly. In anger. In carelessness. But not… intentionally like this, not to cause pain.”
Caithe went silent for a while. When Eir looked up she found her gently rubbing the bandaged wound. Perhaps something had hit its mark?
“What if pain is the only way to get the one you love to return?” Caithe said softly.

“So what’s going on?” Loretta asked, sitting down backwards in a chair and resting her arms on the back.
Marjory remained standing, chewing her lip. “Well, I – uh…” There was really no way to ease into this. “I need you to teach me how to dance.”

Summary
(Another Political Marriage Fic)
Varric Tethras, Viscount of Kirkwall, has a pretty good handle on the whole running-a-city-state thing until Cassandra shows up. He'd be exasperated as hell except that she keeps dragging him along. Hey, it gets him out of the office. Things are tense up North, especially with Starkhaven slobbering over Kirkwall like a gurgut over a wounded bogfisher. Then, Nevarra needs an ally in the Free Marches and Cassandra is her country's best hope. Now, the holier-than-thou, self-important, Choir Boy who invaded Kirkwall is out to marry Cassandra. He's tall and human and Chantry-loving and Varric's got a nug's chance at supper, but who gives a shit?
If Sebastian wants his city or his Seeker, he'll have to step over Varric's grave.
(Featuring Best Butler, Hugin, who deserves his place in the summary.)

It was a dark, cool evening, but Kasmeer and Marjory knew nothing about it. Inside the Delaqua home, it was too warm to notice.

Summary
“There’s something romantic about it, don’t you think?” she murmurs into Jody’s shoulder, after even Jody has given in and gone to bed.
“What do you mean?” Jody asks, and from the question alone Corona knows that Jody doesn’t see it.
“You know. The long night. Weeks of total darkness, cold enough that we have to huddle for warmth by candlelight, with no-one but the stars as our witness…anything could happen,” she purrs, and lets her hand wander up and down Jody’s thigh to underscore her point. Gooseflesh raises against her palm, and Jody scoots a little closer. She probably doesn’t even realise. Her body craves Corona’s touch like warmth, like shelter, and Corona is terrified that one day Jody might grow used to its availability.
There’s silence, now, except for the pattering of rain against the window, a quiet that drags out for so long it becomes abundantly clear how much Jody does not get it.
Judith, Coronabeth, and the longest night.
