“Malfoy, you okay there? You just sort of stopped walking.”
Draco came to. Fuck. Fuck fuck fuck. That was not a thought. That was the very real, very not naked Harry Potter standing in front of him, asking if he was okay.
“Of course.” Draco was quick to reply. He might have been caught off guard but he was nothing if not composed. “Sorry, I’m quite tired. ‘Could say the same for you Potter. You’re not looking so great.”
This was a lie, of course, but Draco had to keep some sense of pride despite his cruel twisted attraction to someone who probably still didn’t like him all too much.
“Wow, thanks for that, and there was me thinking I woke up glowing this morning.” Potter shot back, his voice oozing sarcasm.
Much of Draco’s life had changed but this had stayed the same. He just couldn’t hold his tongue. Alas, the curse of a razor-sharp mind.
“Sorry to burst your bubble,” Draco retorted, dramatically apologetic.
Potter gave a shrug. Their bickering didn’t get on each other's nerves like it used to, but there was something comfortable in their old habits; it made the new normal less… well, abnormal.

Summary
After Peter looks through Stiles' memory during the Nogitsune arc his mind connects with the younger's in a way that makes him able to hear his thoughts. He only realizes this after the Nogitsune is destroyed and he starts to hear the sound of the teen's voice in his head. Peter is subject to all of the teen's self deprecating thoughts as Scott pushes him out of the pack and self-hate eats him alive. As the Spark comes into his power, Peter and Chris have to figure out if they can work together to help their boy get back on track.
