Summary
Sandor Clegane is forced to marry Sansa Stark's older adopted sister, Sayra. Sayra and Sansa are pawns in Cercei's twisted agenda. If the Hound refuses, he won't be able to protect the Stark sisters from the Lannisters or anyone else who wants to see them harmed.
As the events of the Game of Thrones unfolds, Sandor reluctantly develops a complicated relationship with Sayra. She discovers the kind of man he truly is - a violent and brutal killer when he needs to be, as well as an intelligent and brooding man with hidden emotions. Their relationship develops through love and respect when they are not fiercely battling each other as they work through loss, jealousy, conflict and dangerous situations.
Many revelations come as Sayra discovers who her real father is. She struggles through a love triangle and must decide who she wants to be with. As their world is torn apart by war, Sayra must protect the child she carries. Will he be the key that returns a once noble House of Westeros to nobility - or to ruin?

Now Sansa understands why so many people are depressed around Christmas, the loneliest day of the year. Her relationship has suddenly ended and her brothers and sister have cancelled on the family Christmas she's been planning for months. She's going home to their Winterfell compound in upstate New York - alone.
As she heads to the train station, a series of mishaps leads her to realize that there are people who have it a lot worse than she does. Sansa decides that if Christmas won't come to her, maybe she can bring it to someone else. But she's the one who will get the best gift of all.

Summary
Sansa is the newest addition to the Red Keep staff. It's her job to know everyone and ensure that they perform their roles and duties so that the Red Keep continues to function smoothly. However, when she becomes hopelessly lost in the vast maze of rooms and hallways one evening, a mysterious, reclusive man comes to her rescue. His name is Sandor Clegane and he is the caretaker of the Red Keep.
Only three others know of his existence. He hides away from the world choosing to live vicariously through others as he witnesses their lives by creeping through the secret passages and looking through the peepholes.
Sansa becomes friends with the quiet hermit who refuses to show his face to her. As their relationship develops, Sandor realizes that he's tired of hiding, being friendless, and alone. Sansa could be his one chance to experience the world, and love, the way he has always dreamed of.
That is, if they can build a bridge across the space between them, they will survive their differences.

Summary
Written from the POV of Sansa as she examines her thoughts and feelings surrounding the events of the Battle of Blackwater. A sort of character study to add depth to her encounter with Sandor Clegane. A divergence from canon occurs as they extract emotional confessions from each other and consummate their deep and tortured affections. Their deeply hidden and unacknowledged feelings explain why they made the choices they did, resulting in them being wrenched apart and going their separate ways.
In writing this, I thought of Sansa as older and more mature, perhaps aged up to her late teens, early twenties.

To her amazement, Rose receives a response and begins a sort of penpal friendship with the famous actor from Game of Thrones. Over time, their letters become more and more personal and their friendship deepens. With the words that they write, they help each other cope through rough times and personal losses.
Will they remain no more than friends for the rest of their lives, or will they somehow find their way to each other and discover that there is a much deeper relationship hidden within their years of correspondence?
This story is written through a combination of correspondence and narration as both Rory and Rose tell their side of the story from their own perspective.
