Summary
In a weird, horribly wrong twist of fate, Ruby is the leader of a team comprised of Roman Torchwick and his henchwoman Neo, a cranky man named Adam Taurus, and a snarky older teen named Mercury Black. They were all a little strange and murderous (though she doubted they really were), but they were her team, even if two of them were reforming (she thought so) criminals. Just…two of them though, right? (But then again, she got the sense she was the leader of a band of criminals anyway).
“You’re here because of why I haven’t placed you on a team yet —To start with, yes the three of you will be on a single team together. As with the rules, Miss Rose’s eyes met the two of you and so make you partners. However, there are two more people I’d like to place on your team.”
“Two? I thought it was four to a team, Sir?” Ruby asked in confusion.
“That’s true —but your team will be a special case. Professor Goodwitch, if you’d please?”
“Hello there, Red,” Roman Torchwick smirked at her. “Long time no see?"

Summary
Adam Jensen chose to die in Panchaea in order to prevent the Aug Incident from claiming more lives, deciding it better that humanity be made to choose for themselves rather than swing the pendulum of change himself. But rather than finding himself buried in an Artic grave, he instead finds himself waking from one disaster into another one where apathy, cyberobession, violence and tragedy all blend into one bleak city. In the City of dreams, Jensen must navigate living through the Edgerunners, corpos and keeping the secrets of his body secure.

Summary
Returning from a trip abroad, Ruby Rose has encountered setback after setback. A new client seeking protection under her organization has the potential to escalate the tensions with the White Fang; her sister suddenly shows up in her jurisdiction the night she returns home, adding fuel to unstable emotions stirred up during her absence; and a meeting she was supposed to have was gutted by a mystery person or group not even two full days later. On top of all that, during her stint in Haven something has happened which has seemingly shaken the core dream Ruby had been working towards for all these years, yet none other than she knows of it. All of this is happening under Ozpin's ever watching eyes, just waiting for the excuse to eradicate every trace of Ruby's radical philosophy. All the while the urges Ruby keeps shackled are desperately clawing at the surface, hoping for a chance to indulge their obsessions. All too soon the status quo will be ripped away

Summary
The fire climbs to an even greater height, crackling and whipping in the light desert breeze. Catra watches it with rapt attention, fearful to let her gaze linger on Adora for too long.
“But we don’t have to fight, you know,” Adora says. “I mean...what’s the point of it now? There’s no rebellion here. And no Horde. There’s just you and me, and a lot of things that wouldn’t hesitate to kill either of us.”
“So, what?” demands Catra. “We pretend to be a team again? After everything?”
“If it keeps us alive,” says Adora. “I’m willing to put all that aside if you are.”
Catra and Adora end up exiled to the Crimson Waste together. If they're going to conquer gangs, quicksand, serpents, and other desert threats, they'll need to learn to trust one another again.
