Katsuki stared at the first page of his diagnostic assessment report. The first sentence read 'Bakugou Katsuki meets the criteria for an ASD (autism spectrum disorder) diagnosis.' The black ink lay there sharply on the pristine white paper. There was no erasing the words. They just sat there, as if the information on the page was eternal truth. After that there was some stuff about psychoeducation and an overview or something but all the boy could focus on was the diagnosis.
Autism. The same thing he scorned and mocked Deku about for over a decade. In hindsight it made sense, internally he always used to justify his cruelty as just doing what his mother did when he tried to do the things that Deku did constantly.
Or
Bakugou discovers he's autistic after UA put him in therapy following Ground Beta. He doesn't take the news well as apart from his quirklessness, autism was the biggest thing he bullied Deku for.

Summary
He’d make the argument he sees her naked all the time —in the shower, changing, tending to her wounds. Though, this isn’t about nakedness, or sexuality, or some superficial thing. It’s Katsuki’s hurt-laden, bare, and uninhibited self, carefully being kept and passed to the palms of Eijiro’s hands. If anything, this is more intimate than the sexuality of her bare back in itself; this is uncharted, not yet touched by either of them, and he lets it belong to her, knowing the weight of the gift she's giving him and asking nothing beyond it. This is his Katsuki, raw in the fray, and he warms at the bright sight of the light.
“‘Kay.” Followed by a zip, and his head comes up, gaze falling directly to a dinosaur.
Katsuki is thrown into a confession she hadn't wanted to make, forcing her to unpack something she hasn't even let herself come to terms with. Eijiro proceeds as Eijiro.

Now he has dangerous, slippery nightmares he can't explain, a mother who seems intent on beating the villain out of him, and nosy teachers asking all of the wrong questions. To top it off, his classmates are watching him more closely than ever before.
