Summary
150 years ago, when the Earth was deemed survivable again, the people on the Ark landed the Ark safely on the ground. Only a few weeks after they landed, they were attacked by Grounders. The attack and the unnecessary deaths of so many people fueled a feeling of hatred and a desire for vengeance against the Grounders. It didn't take long for The War to begin but it took six decades for it to end. Eventually the Sky People won. The Chancellor brought the Commander to the camp and, in front of everyone, he told her that her people would pay for the atrocities they had committed, he promised her that they would be treated as the animals they had proved to be. Then he cut off her head. In the weeks that followed, a lot of Grounders were captured but scarcely any were killed. They were enslaved, sold and bought. The fearsome Grounders that had haunted the Sky People for so long were taught to take orders and to obey them, they were taught to fear their owners, they were taught not to expect mercy or kindness, only pain. But times change as they always do and with new generations came new ideas, new concepts of right and wrong. Since the end of The War, a lot of Grounders won their freedom and a lot of Sky People lost theirs.

Summary
His current codename is Bucky. His new handlers are called friends. Steve, one of the highest ranking friends, only had to correct him once before he’d adapted to the new vocabulary. Yet so far, things are looking rough: decommissioned from active duty, he's left with no other purpose than their entertainment. [Every part is basically a chapter, so be sure to read them in order. Avoid confusion and shit.]Dream tries to show Tommy his goat hybrid traits... Too bad for Tommy that means Dream has a lot of energy.
Wanting to test limits, Dream uses the poor teen to experiment. Unfortunately, it becomes less of trial of Tommy’s endurance and more of a need to have the boy obey when the man becomes obsessed.
Tommy is special, perfect, annoying as he is.
Or in other words;
Tommy is human, Dream doesn't care about that little detail. Some goats can mate with 40 does around the same time. Dream would like to see if he inherited that trait. And there's no one he'd rather test this on than a certain little brat. To say Tommy is fucking scared is an understatement.
