Summary
Life is stressful. Work, people, the lack of sleep, it's hell, really.
However, maybe ending up in your favourite video game series where zombies are constantly trying to turn you into their next meal might be a tiny bit more stressful.
Not that you mind all that much if it means you get to see Leon Kennedy from up close, have him save you from time to time, grow way attached to him as if your fictional crush on him wasn't bad enough, have him grow attached to you, maybe kis- who said that. Not you.
Anyway, survival and finding out how to exit the game first, trying to help reduce Leon's list of traumas second, escaping third, right?
...He's really pretty and nice and very protective of you, though. How are you even supposed not to fall for the guy for real!?- Language:

Summary
The day Thalia leaves her abusive husband, she never expects to be knocked from the summit of a Blue Ridge mountain into Middle-earth on the eve of the Council of Elrond.
An Army reservist and search-and-rescue volunteer from modern-day Virginia, Thalia knows exactly how the story is supposed to end due to her lifelong fascination with Tolkien. And she has no desire to become part of it. But after hearing her impossible tale, Elrond refuses to send her home. Convinced the timing of her arrival is no accident, he names her the tenth member of the Fellowship and forbids her from revealing what she knows of the future until the time is right.

Summary
Life blindsided me, as it often does, but never did I expect to end up in one of my favorite books. I didn't expect a lot of the things that followed really. Like the horrific nightmares involving a certain Necromancer. Or the troupe of dwarves that I started to see as family. Or falling for a guy shorter than me who I knew was going to die. Madison wakes up in the middle of a forest with dried blood on her shirt and no memory of how she got there. The ruins she stumbles across aren't in any textbook she's studied, the strangers she meets carry swords like it's normal, and none of them seem to understand what a phone is. Either she wandered a lot farther from campus than she thought — or she's about to spend the rest of her life pretending she hasn't read this book.
