Summary
You’ve worked as hard as you can your whole life only to end up as a lousy assistant to some deadbeat manager. Thankfully, you respect yourself and maybe with a little bit of misconduct, you worm your way into a placement at the DSO. It’s an escort job for the one and only Leon Kennedy— not that you knew much about him, though it didnt seem like he wanted to be near you either. He’s seen as the resident lost cause around here, and even though you definitely dont get paid enough to care, you’re roped into saving him from his mess. Chaos ensue, as per usual, but the most surprising is how you eventually end up stuck together like glue.

Normal people didn’t get assigned federal agents like they were new lab partners. Then again, normal people didn’t apply for “civilian emotional support liaison,” either.
The waiting area was nice, at least. Plenty of plants, hung and potted, with some of the usual posters you saw in a therapist’s office. Though, this was a government facilitated rehabilitation program for freshly (re)traumatized government agents. The more you thought about it, the more you were curious as to why you were chosen in the first place.
Your new job is simple: provide a calm, stable home for a federal agent on mandatory leave. Be a friendly face. Make sure he remembers to eat.
The agent in question is Leon S. Kennedy: tired, jumpy, and treating your potted fern like a security threat. Your plan to help him relax involves cozy couches, terrible movies, and a truly excessive amount of takeout. It's foolproof!
(Now, if only you could convince him that the toaster isn't a covert listening device, you might actually get somewhere.)

She felt like her world was crumbling. It was only a few more months before her best friend Leon would be graduating the Police Academy, meanwhile she still had a whole other year of undergrad. She was running out of time to confess, but she wasn’t sure if her feelings were worth risking their bond when she already knows the answer.
Leon S. Kennedy couldn’t live in a world without her, his childhood friend. So, when the world took her away during the Raccoon City incident, he spent years regretting not saving her from death. With an opportunity to travel back, and defy time itself, Leon can right his mistakes. However future Leon wasn’t going to let anyone have her, not even his irresponsible past self. He wouldn’t make the mistake of trusting himself again.
