The floor was dark here too, the color of rusted blood and dead things, creatures ran over it, insects and things Law didn’t want to think about. The smell of it was pungent,but the worst thing was the cold.

Penguin’s Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day takes a turn for the worse when he's forced to rely on the First Mate of a rival pirate crew to ensure his own survival. Separated from his crew with temperatures lowering by the day, and a newly deemed mutual enemy of both the Heart and Kid Pirates chasing them through a frozen landscape, Penguin's resolve is put to the test as he battles mother nature and his growing feelings for his unlikely companion who wants virtually nothing to do with him.
When Penguin gets back to his ship, he has half a mind to demand a hazard pay and an expensive bottle of rum for compensation… and coping. Definitely will need it for coping.
