Or had he? An AU of Under the Red Hood, where Bruce brings Jason back himself. How will Jason grapple with his own death while under the eye of those who love him? Will he rise like a phoenix, or will he really end up as a monster? AKA: a very graphic and emotional story about a teenage Jason becoming the Red Hood.

Greez isn’t exactly thrilled, but whatever. They don’t sound too serious or frequent, so he’ll deal, and it’s kind of nice the kid’s beginning to trust them enough to tell them this stuff, right?
Months later, he discovers (in the worst way possible, of course) Cal might have omitted a few crucial details from that confession.
