“Are you finally deciding to try and be useful?” Journal said as he walked in, now bearing a few new pens, though those would only last a few days at most. His words sounded sharper than intended. He wasn't going to apologize for it, though.
“I was going to but that's not in English.” Treasure Chest pointed to the paper he was looking at. A smug look on his face–that's what confused Journal about Treasure Chest. He always seemed a little too happy. It was a trait that Journal was a little jealous of, if he was being honest.
“Yes it is. I wrote it in English, my handwriting is probably just sloppy,” He replied, a frown on his face as he walked over. Treasure Chest wondered how someone could act so competent while not having slept in the past week.
Journal re-read it in his head, before turning back to Treasure Chest.
“Hm, I could’ve sworn I’d written it in English. I must not have noticed, sorry,” Journal said. There was no real apology in his voice, but he figured it’d be better to just say he was sorry than argue.or: treasure chest unknowingly pining for journal like a faggot

They’re pretty, but poisonous.Vinestaff picks one for her shop to put on display. Upon grabbing a few bundles she gets a whiff of the scent and something else.
She feels ill but has nature always smelt that appealing?
She needs more of those plants to cover her shop with, nothing else could fit just as perfectly as this plant to complete the last of the empty shelves and empty troughs still littered everywhere.

A foolish boy could not hope to strike an equal deal with a divine being such as he.
It is a fighter’s soul that beats in the crevices of his mind, distant but held close—a well, determined, loyal soul that is now monotone and loyal to none but him, now.
