One moment conscious, the next waking up on the ground at nearly midnight.
He just wanted to check on him. Even if the burden of trying to help him was too much, he needed to check and see if he was okay.
How could he have known… that he would have doomed himself that day?
That in only a few weeks, his entire life would be spun on its head? All from one little checkup. Just to make sure Journal wasn't dead.
Now all he can do is:
Deal with the concerns of Bottle;
Push past the strange fogginess in his head;
…and try to piece together what exactly happened that day…
before it's too late.

This fic takes place in-between episode 14 and 15, in this au there's a large break in-between these episodes (even though in cannon it's probably only like. a day.)
Post-It Note uses he/she pronouns in this fic, I only used he in the description so it was more clear who I was talking about, actual fic will mix them

Mr Hand has been watching. He has been stalking Journal from the TVs ever since he first found himself in the TV room. Mr Hand notices how close Journal is to a breakthrough, possibly destroying what Mr Hand has to enter the dimension. He hatches a plan with the Blue Nightmares to distract Journal, and Post-it Note is dragged into it too. Neither Journal or Post-it Note know what they've gotten into until it's approaching the point of being too late.

At the beginning, two swords decided to make a phoenix. Their first attempt was a failure. An ugly bird, clad in gray and yellow fire. A reflection of the colors of the god that had accidentally brought it into existence. He had dubbed the specific fire type: "ghostfire."
It grew angry over the years. It was tossed away to rot after all, while it's sibling got the glory.
It learned new tricks, absorbing demons to steal their body and powers. Manipulating them into getting what it wanted, to get ever closer to undoing everything the swords had built.
It had failed, time and time again.
Until, a Rainbow Periastron wandered right into their hands...
And then it was all over. The demons were doomed, and most didn't even know the danger looming above them until it was too late. An extinction was opon them. An explosion in the distance, followed by a stabbing, scratching feeling in the lungs, and then nothing.
But now, a strange energy from the extinction has created a somewhat new form of life. Life began to flourish... In machines.
It's the age of the biograft now, in this barren world.
...but can the machines possibly persist, through what is to come?

Sword was once drawn in by a promise of strength and glory, only to realize what a mistake he'd made. After finally breaking free from Illumina's control, he tries to escape.

Sword's decfection sets off a chain of events that he never could have saw coming. He desperately tries to fix what he thinks he's caused.
He has to stop Illumina, his actions have grown too ambitious.
As every deity is further driven into madness... There's only but so much longer before something catastrophic happens... But what can he do...?
...The god is furious. His grand plan to become the most powerful sword would NOT be thwarted by a single meek being, such as his enemy's son. He had potential, but he just doesn't listen...
So he'll just have to find someone else, and make sure they listen.
